Terms of Use / 用户协议
本协议由 张爱生（以下简称“我们”）与 EXOSTRIDE 用户订立。注册、登录或继续使用 APP 即表示您已阅读并同意本协议及隐私政策。
一、服务内容
EXOSTRIDE 用于连接和管理兼容的运动辅助设备，展示设备状态、运动数据、目标、记录及使用帮助。功能可能随 APP、服务器或设备固件更新而调整。
二、账号使用
- 您应提供真实、准确且可用的注册信息，并妥善保管账号凭证。
- 不得转让账号、冒用他人身份、攻击服务或干扰其他用户正常使用。
- 发现账号未经授权使用时，请及时通过支持邮箱联系我们。
- 您可以退出登录或在“我的”页面申请永久删除账号。
三、设备使用与安全
- 使用前应阅读设备说明、确认设备状态正常并正确穿戴。
- 感到疼痛、眩晕、异常阻力、过热或设备报警时，应立即停止使用。
- 不得绕过安全限制、擅自拆改设备或在不安全环境中使用。
- 运动数据可能受连接、传感器、佩戴方式和网络状态影响，不保证完全无误。
四、可接受使用
不得使用本服务从事违法活动，上传恶意内容，侵犯他人隐私、知识产权或其他权利，反向攻击服务，或以超出正常用户使用范围的自动化方式访问接口。
五、知识产权与开源软件
APP、网站、品牌、界面和自有内容的权利由我们或相应权利人享有。APP 使用的开源组件继续受各自许可证约束，可在 APP“关于 EXOSTRIDE—开源软件许可”中查看。
六、服务变更和中断
我们可能因维护、安全、网络故障、不可抗力或产品调整暂停或变更部分功能，并会在合理范围内尽力减少影响。对于重大变化，我们会通过 APP 或网站进行提示。
七、责任限制
我们将依法提供服务并采取合理安全措施。在适用法律允许的范围内，对于因用户未遵守设备说明、擅自改装、第三方网络或服务故障、不可抗力等非由我们直接造成的损失，我们不承担超出法律规定的责任。本条不排除依法不得限制的责任。
八、协议终止与账号删除
您可以停止使用服务并申请删除账号。对严重违反本协议、危害系统或他人安全的行为，我们可依法限制或终止服务。账号删除后的数据处理按隐私政策执行。
九、适用法律与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生或与本协议有关的争议，提交运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。
十、联系我们
These Terms are entered into between Aisheng Zhang (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and users of EXOSTRIDE. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the app, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
EXOSTRIDE connects to and manages compatible exercise-assistance devices and displays device status, exercise data, goals, records, and help content. Features may change with app, server, or device-firmware updates.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate and usable registration information and protect your credentials.
- Do not transfer accounts, impersonate others, attack the service, or disrupt other users.
- Contact support promptly if you discover unauthorized account use.
- You may sign out or request permanent account deletion from Profile.
3. Device Use and Safety
- Read the device instructions, confirm normal device condition, and wear it correctly before use.
- Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual resistance, overheating, or a device alert.
- Do not bypass safety limits, modify the device, or use it in unsafe environments.
- Exercise data may be affected by connectivity, sensors, fit, and network conditions and may not always be exact.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, upload malicious content, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, attack the service, or access APIs through automation beyond ordinary personal use.
5. Intellectual Property and Open Source
Rights in the app, website, brand, interface, and proprietary content belong to us or their respective owners. Open source components remain governed by their licenses, available under About EXOSTRIDE — Open Source Licenses.
6. Changes and Interruptions
We may suspend or change features for maintenance, security, network failure, force majeure, or product updates and will reasonably seek to minimize disruption. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide the service in accordance with applicable law and use reasonable safeguards. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible beyond legally required limits for loss caused by failure to follow device instructions, unauthorized modification, third-party network or service failure, or force majeure. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may lawfully restrict or terminate service for serious violations or conduct that threatens systems or others. Data after account deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to a competent people’s court at the location of the operator.
